Frequently asked questions
The short version of everything we get asked most. Can't find what you need? Get in touch and we'll sort it out.
Ordering & payment
What if I order pre-order and in-stock items together?
Items that ship at different times go as separate parcels, and each parcel is charged its own shipping. You pay for everything in one checkout, and each parcel gets its own order number and tracking. At checkout we'll ask how you'd like it to ship: if the pre-order is due within 7 days, you can wait and get everything in one parcel (one shipping fee), or split it so your in-stock items go out now. If it's further away, your in-stock items ship now and the pre-order follows when it arrives. With several pre-orders arriving on different dates, you can ship them together or as each one lands. Pre-order dates can change; we'll keep you posted.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Afterpay. Every payment is processed securely through Stripe, and we never see or store your card details. Apple Pay and Google Pay show up at checkout when your device and browser support them.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We don't generally allow change-of-mind cancellations once an order's placed, but email us as soon as you can: if it hasn't been packed yet, we'll do our best. See our refunds & returns policy for the details.
How long until my order is dispatched?
Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days once your payment is confirmed, but may take up to 3 business days. If there's ever an unforeseen delay, we'll email you personally to let you know.
Why do your prices change?
We update our prices daily to keep them in line with the market, so an item may cost more or less from one day to the next. Because of this, we're unable to offer refunds or price adjustments for price changes after your purchase.
How do preorders work?
Once you place a preorder, your order is paid and moves to Pre-Order status, with an estimated time of arrival (ETA) for the stock. You can check the ETA anytime in your account or on our order tracking page. We update it regularly so it reflects the latest timeframe, and as soon as your order ships, we'll email you the tracking details.
Prize meter promotion
How does the prize meter work?
Spend the goal amount with us and you unlock a prize. Open it from your account page and you'll get one of these three at random:
What you spend on items counts, after any discount codes and not including shipping.
There's no limit. Every time your meter fills, you open another prize, as many times as you like while the promotion runs.
Do I have to spend it all in one order?
No. Your meter adds up every order you place during the promotion, so you can reach the goal over as many orders as you like: one big order or several smaller ones.
How many prizes can I win?
As many as you like. There's no limit during the promotion: each time your meter fills up you open another prize, and the meter starts again from A$0.
Do I need an account?
Yes. The prize meter is for members only, so and check out using the same email address. Your meter and any prizes you win live on your account page.
When can I use my prize?
On your next order. Free shipping and coupon codes work once, only with your account's email, and show up at checkout ready to use. A mystery gift is packed with the next order you place, not one you've already placed.
What happens after I open a prize?
Your meter resets to A$0 and starts filling again, ready for your next prize. Spend over the goal doesn't carry over to the next prize.
Restocks & availability
How do restocks work?
Some items are preorder only — stock can take a few months to arrive depending on the release. Your order sits as pending until it lands, and we'll notify you the moment it ships.
Can I get notified when something's back in stock?
We announce restocks by email and on our socials — or if you catch us at the right moment, it might already be live on the site.
What does "Chase" mean on a listing?
A Chase tag marks the rarer pulls and higher-demand listings — the ones worth hunting for.
